  • Capacity of 18432 spindles which can produce up to 14000kgs/day.
  • Hybrid unit (i.e.) 4 corners with WINDMILL and solar roof top of I MW.
  • 50% for own consumption as on 2015 balance sold in the market.

KNITTING

  • The Knitting is located inside the spinning premier to save cost.
  • Facilitated with mayor and lie, terrot and pailung machines.
  • Capacity of 8000kgs/day
  • Fabrics include.

Single Jersey, Interlock, French Terry, Ribs, JACKQUARD, SPANDEX AND POLYESTER BLENDS, ENGINERED STRIPES.

CENTRALIZED CUTTING DIVISION

We have a state of art Cutting floor which comprises production sampling, fabric storage, Auto CNC Cutting, Manual cutting, Printing, Embroidery, Washing and fusing all under one roof. This facilitates easy movement of cut panels and better monitoring of all the critical activities.

  • Two CNC Cutter supported with 4 spreaders, having a production capacity of 65,000pcs per day.
  • Veith Pin table, a machine which facilitates to cut strips fabrics in similar manner as a solid fabric, reduces the fabric wastage and increases the production capacity.
  • 4 Rows of manual table to facilitate manual cutting and shaping activity.
  • The Printing area is equipped with 2 MHM machine Auto chest printing and 3 manual chest printing with a capacity to print 12,000pcs per day.
  • The Embroidery section is equipped with 5 machines with a capacity of 5000pcs/day.
  • The washing section has 200kg washing machine, hydro extractor and tumble dryers with a capacity of 2000kgs (i.e.)30000pcs / day.
  • The unit has an effluent treatment plant to treat up to 30000litres of water/day.
  • Nearly 98% of the water is reused in the process.

PROCESSING UNIT

THE PROCESSING UNIT CONSISTS OF 3 DIVISIONS:-


FABRIC DYEING:-


The Fabric dyeing division has an ability to produce 8 tons/day.
It is equipped with Thies soft flow machines, Bruckner Stenter, Bianco squeezer and compactor.

YARN DYEING


The yarn dyeing division has an ability to produce 7 tons/day.
It is equipped with Thieschesse dyeing machines,SSM Winding and rewinding and Stallam RF dryer.

ROTARY PRINTING

The Rotary dyeing division has an ability to produce 4-5tons/day.
It is equipped with Reggani Rotary printing machine with 12 colors, CST Digital light engraver.

LABORATORY

The laboratory is equipped with Data color Spectrophotometers and internationally accepted dispensing and lab dyeing machines.
The quality parameters are checked using JAMES HEAL equipment’s.

PRINTING


Our proficiency lies in making a wide range of printing patterns possible. Towards this, we have table and machine printing facility that enable a diverse variety of prints.

We have a production of 350 MW through our green renewable sources our consumption is 500 MW we would strive towards ‘0’ Carbon foot print.

We would like to have our factories to be the most compliant towards healthy and safety of our workers everyday our factory managers and human resource manager work towards this goal.

3.WATER USAGE

Textile industries are among the highest consumers of water for various processes we at our group try to be environmentally sustainable by trying to reuse water wherever possible.
The processing unit is a ZLD Unit and reuses 98% of the water after recycling. This presents both pollution and water scarcity.

4.LABOUR WELFARE

The workers are educated through NGO’S towards better living standards and managing of health at personal and family level.
